When will orders be shipped?

Orders will be shipped within a timeframe of 3 to 5 business days from the receipt of payment. For custom orders that require special attention, the preparation and shipping process may take up to 10 days. How long does my order take to ship?

Orders will be shipped promptly using the U.S. Postal Service, and customers should expect to receive their packages within a timeframe of approximately 7 to 10 business days.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Due to the recent developments in tariff negotiations, international shipping services are unfortunately not available at this time. We want to assure you that we will actively monitor the latest updates regarding these negotiations, and we are committed to reopening international shipping as soon as it becomes possible. What is your refund policy?

Full refunds will only be given if order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. If cancelled after 24 hours, only purchase price and taxes will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded, as shipping labels are processed within the 24 hour period.
